Cheaper alternative
2 of 2 found this helpful This lens has the older focusing technology but the images are super sharp. Excellent bokeh! Bought the lens to use for wedding close up photography (rings, favors, etc...). This was a much cheaper alternative to the new 105mm 2.8 VR. Close up photography with this lens requires a tripod and manual focus but the results are exceptional. On top of being great for close ups, the lens is excellent for potraits. It focuses fast and the images are sharp.

As expected.
Works as expected. Not for a high end tripod. Will use for lighter equipment. Slips in and out easily and is secure.

Magellan GPS
I use for boat navigation. Old technology but works well as a backup. Takes awhile to locate satellites. Once tracking very simple to use. Limited to only 4 spaces for naming locations.
