Beefy, well-made fan. Whether it is notably 'Quiet' is up for debate though.
Wind. I love a bit of wind... and this fan delivers plenty of that. I've rarely felt the need to have it turned on anything other than the lowest setting. Plenty of breeze from a few metres away at this setting. As for whether this fan is 20% quieter... it's hard to say. I doubt they are 20% quieter than other desktop fans I've used... but then, I reckon this one blows a lot harder at each of the three settings. Not horribly noisy regardless, but certainly not whisper quiet.

Cheap... and it shows.
These were cheap.... and boy do they feel it. To be fair to them, they are advertised as spoons... and they are spoons... and they did arrive... and they don't leak... and they do say on each one what the capacity is. They feel horrible, thin, flimsy, scratchy and nasty though.

Spoons of the Gods.
I bought two sets of measuring spoons recently, this one, and a cheaper set ( about a third of the price ). Night and day difference in quality. These are solid, weighty, smooth...and the smaller sizes fit perfectly into the moon shaped slots in the tops of small spice jars. It's hard to get all that excited about spoons.... but this set has brought joy to my life, shown me light where before only darkness lurked. Since purchasing this set, I have got myself a girlfriend and lost 6lbs off my gut. 'Magic spoons' is my assumption.
