  First negative feedback I've given in nearly 300 purchases and first time I've ever raised an issue-so absolutely not a serial complainer! Item was absolutely not as described-advertised as a 16 piece dinner set but sent 4 pieces. Contacted Seller who was inflexible and just kept repeating, 'no returns'. So, had to involve ebay who instantly refunded money.
