Forming 3 three step wire bending looping concave round nose pliers Prestige

Simple, effective, and comfortable to use
Not long into wirework (I use a small amount; integrating with woodwork) I'd been making 'eyes' with a small pair of needle-nose pliers. Seemed ok but slightly awkward and not getting a perfect shape. These 3-step forming pliers are just brilliant. Very fast, neat, and easy loops, eyes, and kinks. Clean shapes and a pleasure to use. Although single barrel sized pliers are available, I went for the 3-step to give me options on 'eye size'. If there's ANY down-side, it's simply that the female jaw can sometimes leave a small mark on the wire from the edges of the scoop BUT... I'm using 2mm coated aluminium wire, so probably not an issue with smaller gauges used in most applications. A piece of tape in there cured it for me anyway. Some great videos out there show how best to use this tool; search engines are your friend :) And there we have it. A simple and effective tool. Recommended.

Definitely FETCH!
I've had a a few of these over quite a number years and they've never failed to impress. They fly very well and keep their shape even after being stuffed in a coat pocket when not in use. I've read some reviews elsewhere on this product that criticise for lack of resistance to being chewed... This is a 'frisbee'. It's not a chew toy. If a dog is left alone to play with this thing, it'll chew it; it's a dog (my biggest would probably consume it in minutes. Smallest would need a week or so). Granted a few teeth will get at it during retrieval along with a few savaging shakes, but it's nothing these things can't handle (unless the dog is unhinged/untrained in which case it's a bad choice of toy). So, used for its intended purpose this is a brilliant product in my view and really gets the dog(s) working. There are other 'frisbees' and rings out there for dogs but I've yet to find one as reliable as this for fun, longevity and the basic requirement/ability to fly. Nutshell: Totally recommended. Note: Am presently chucking a purple 18cm disc for a young sprocker; nice and easy to see against both sky and grass. The disc that is; I can see the dog just fine.
