  The item showed that it was delivered. However, I did not received it. The post office had two items to deliver to me yesterday (23 April 2025), and it's weird that I only received one. Therefore, I am asking for assistance filing a claim.

  The item is immaculate. But I had to pay 60€ custom fees which is more than double the transport costs I had already paid. This is hard to accept. I have ordered from US, China vie ebay many times but first time I have this new request. Either make it transparent or consider it upfrint in the price. Not fair. Sorry. Not sure if this is the venor's fault but it needed to be addressed,
