Unsatisfied with equipment

To whom this may concern , I understand this reply is a couple days after delivery but I've only had chance to build it today . The reason I am unsatisfied is because it does not res correctly onto a door frame and creates a slant . While this isnt an issue to carry out exercises , it is very risky to even attempt to do so . As a result I will have to drill in new holes in order to position the flat bar correctly so it doesn't produce additional stress onto the door frame. I can provide images in a follow up email if need be but I am not happy with this product. Regards, Fraser Sudden
