It does what it says on the bottle.
I had a serious water leak on a caravan tap which was finally traced to a very fine hairline crack at the base of the spout. Just a few drops of Captain Tolley's and it's fixed.
No tools were harmed during this process.

Lightweight and takes up very little room when stowed away.
I bought this extra hose after I had bought a set of four. I used the set on my last trip out and was impressed with the ease of connecting them. This was really quick and easy, which was appreciated as it was raining. Dismantling and cleaning was just as easy.
This extra hose should mean that I have enough drain hose to cover any situation.
