Disappointing and frustrating

We really do not like it. It does come with installation instructions but not user instructions. The user needs to find the right website (there are two just to add to the frustration) and download a print a lengthy document. User functions are not intuitive at all. It is limited and frustrating. We will never buy this brand again.

Cheap, light and works with my existing batteries.

This was very, very cheap. I know it is obsolete and I bought it because I have the non hammer version that I bought in 2012. Hence I have a stock of batteries. I like the 10.8/12V range. Light and small. The bigger stuff is almost always unnecessary. Over the past 40 years I have gone all the way up to 24v and back down again and find the 12v the best compromise. The slightly disappointing thing about this one is that it does not fit in the same kit box as the non hammer version. The chuck has been improved since 2012 and it seems to have more torque. No belt clip included but at that price I would be a fool to quibble. Supplied by FFX who I have consistently found to be a reliable seller.
