Good quality construction, terrible design
The quality of the mount is very good, its the design that is a giant fail. The position of the holes to mount on a dual bracket or arm will not place the monitor level with another monitor with VERSA mount holes built into the monitor case. When mounting both monitors, this bracket will have the monitor sit about 2 inches lower. This will cause any document or spreadsheet spread across both moniros unlevel. Just make the mount 2" taller.
I called the manafacturer (bought direct) and was told that they know and they apologize. So its a known issue and no disclaimer or warning.
Due to the immediate need, I kept and modified.
