Best flexible chopping mat
These Joseph Joseph chopping mats are the best and I have been purchasing them for years. Of all the patterns this one is my least favorite as it is a little too busy but I purchased it for function not appearance.

best fit and most comfy

Big Disappointment
I should have read the reviews prior to ordering this item but since I am such a big fan of Microplane owning many many of their graters I thought this would be another winner.....NOT! It was so useless that it went right into the garbage. Would NOT recommend this grater at all.
