Works for me.
1 of 1 found this helpful This frequency counter works well for me. I use it for measuring frequencies in the 30 kHz to 150 kHz range.
Note that it does require a 5 volt square wave input.
Others have said that it is somewhat limited when used as a crystal tester.

Review of 50 amp meter with 75mv shunt
The meter looks to be nicely made and it came with the proper amount of nuts and washers for attachment and connection. It arrived undamaged.
I hooked it up and it works properly and seems to be accurate (I haven't yet checked with a standard shunt). But I have powered up the system that it is attached to and it is drawing the expected amount of current. My system uses 24 and 36 volts DC, so the 75 millivolts that will be dropped across the shunt at full current won't effect its operation at all, but if others are using it in a very low voltage application, they might want to consider a 50 mv shunt with matching meter, instead.

They work.
What can I say? They worked just fine for my application.
