It's OK.
It's low power (reduced amperage). Meaning it charges more slowly than the original.

V. Good.
After a week. These are great. Some small caveats: They feel lightweight, and therefore flimsy. Too early to tell. They connect to only 2 devices at time (and auto-switches between those two - which is great) - annoyingly, I have 3 devices I like to use regularly. Sometimes, when awaiting connection, they hiss and whine, but at a very low level.
Very good headphones, I reckon. Noise cancelling works really well - not silence, but very close to it.
