Excellent value for an excellent machine.
Great machine, that is so easy and lightweight to use and the charge is more than adequate for my three bedroom bungalow. Rather than vacuuming once or twice a week, I use it every day as it is much less hassle than plugging in and dragging around a conventional cleaner. Saves me time, in fact and isn't a chore whatsoever. The machine and all the accessories look brand new with no obvious signs of wear. It is extremely quiet, manoeuvrable to use and very powerful, even without using the maximum power function. It arrived promptly the very next day after ordering, packaged as if it was a new model and with 20% charge, so could be tested immediately. Two hours on charge and it was ready to go. It's so easy to empty and clean, I wish I'd got one years ago. I would most definitely buy another refurbished machine (the price of a new model was prohibitive. A great service from Dyson Outlet.
