  Excellent seller. Unfortunately when my original purchase arrived 2 of the logs had broken in transit, sent message with photo showing damage, seller replied very quickly and said they would replace. As promised have just received 2 new unbroken logs, great no hassle customer service. Thank you.

  Beautiful ceramic logs. Packaging appeared to be very good but two logs were clearly broken before I had unwrapped . I chose not to contact seller as there were sufficient logs left for my fireplace. Providing for feedback only as the logs are very good.

  Thanks for your feedback. If you or someone you know would like to buy ceramic logs, please contact me and you will get a better price and compensation for the damaged package. Ceramic logs are heat resistant up to 1080 degrees, but because they are made of clay, they are delicate.
