A lot of settings to tweak.

There is a bit of a learning curve. I don't like the way the remote light stays on when the car is off. i'm sure there's a secret jumper to change this. i've only set one memory so far. I got this to add mid range to my factory stereo that I added amps to. It worked very well for this. I added the bluetooth module which makes it nice to change or monitor the system through my phone. Audio control stuff always seems to be a little overpriced. But there isnt a lot of choices out there that i'm aware of. The ebay listed the item as "new" Be aware that opened box and missing contents constitutes "new" on ebay. They had the wrong cable in the box. It was supposed to be a USB cable but was a remote wire for an ACR. I was sent a "new" cable but not what comes with the "new" units.

Great add on for a factory stereo.

I've had 3000 watt systems that would jar your eyeteeth loose... I purchased a new vehicle and wanted to keep the factory stereo intact. The P500 was simple to install. Just tapped into my rear speakers and ran the power and ground. Running the power wire was the most time consuming. Sound quality is what I was after and that's what I got. Plays pretty low for what it is. I would highly recommend.
