Awful, ordered and payed for 4 turtle figures and was only sent one!!! I informed them and they didn't seem to care , just told me to return them , no explanation, no sorry that they messed the order up, no attempt to send the ones missing, how they can have a customer service like this is beyond me, obviously this caused me more hassle and bother and more importantly didn't get the item I paid for and it was a present so was forced to buy something else. Was eventually refunded , eBay rules.
