ummm...where's the quality control?!!!
2 of 3 found this helpful VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!!! This product will not load unless you're trying to play it on a game console or some device which has plenty of internal memory. if it doesn't load, try plugging a 4GB or higher memory stick into the USB port of the blu-ray player. the disc should load very shortly thereafter and reveal the movie menu. hope this helps! :-)
