Item never arrived and i gave the benefit of doubt and waited a month. 2 months passed 0 communication in helping close the case and have not heard from them since. My first bad experience on Ebay and it feels the worst - like I've been scammed which is weird because this business has so many sales and good feedback. Would have just appreciated some communication when the item never arrived. May as well talk to a brick wall 0 acknowledgement.
