Everything you ever wanted to know about meetings but..
This is the latest edition of the completely comprehensive, official version of Robert's put out by a committee that includes one of the original Roberts' descendants, who has served as the Parliamentarian of the National SOCIETY of Parliamentarians(or somesuch), for Pete's sake! I bought it because I am a member of a new club that split from an older club over the conduct of meetings, among other issues. It contains more info than I really need, to be honest, but I wanted it so we could adopt it as our official meetings handbook & avoid what happened to the old club. It is everything I figured it would be. Highly recommended if you have a similar situation or just want to speed up your group's meetings.

more good stuff from Wood Mag
Like all features in the magazine, these projects include detailed instructions, easy-to-grasp assembly diagrams, accurate component measurements, materials lists and cutting diagrams. They even show how to make cushions and make/modify hardware.
also directions on building time-saving jigs. I can't wait to make a Morris chair!

simple projects for unskilled woodworkers
I gave this book an OK rating because 1) I should have figured outdoor 2 x 4 projects would be crude and 2) I only paid $3.20. The instructions are not well-written and the line drawings are awful, but the photos and the simple designs make this possible to overcome. I might make a table or two for the backyard but this book is likely destined for the donation box at the library, where the Friends of the Library can recover a buck or so to donate to that worthy cause.
