When Royal Mail failed to deliver the puzzle I ordered as a Christmas present on time, Emma at Fun Learning could not have been more helpful. A refund was given and, when the item eventually turned up very late, a returns postage label was provided. Getting much wanted Christmas presents for grandchildren is stressful enough so Emma's understanding and support was much appreciated.
