Great product for the money
14 of 14 found this helpful I got one for my wife and myself so we could stay on track with our fitness and eating goals. (mostly eating) One of the best features I like is when you enter your food. If your item is not listed it walks you through the steps on taking three pictures of the item. You now scan the item and its already there. You can also manually enter your food as well. Sometimes your steps and runs can be off when using the unit. Remember it happens based on which hand you have the FitBit Flex on. The more your arm is swinging the more it records your steps. The sleep feature is pretty cool letting you know your sleeping patterns , how long it took you to get to sleep, restless etc. I've lost 17 lbs and shooting for another 13.

Hold for pick up stickers stick to all packages
Quality is great and they always add a little extra. Easy to peal and they stick well on all my packages.

1 of 1 found this helpful My wife and I use this and we really like how it works. I use it for my feet to smooth out my rough skin on my foot pad and heel. It really smooth's it out and then I wipe it with a damp wash cloth when I'm done. I usually apply lotion afterwards twice a week. I've used it for about a month and it has cleared up the dead skin . My wife has been using it on her face (cheeks) to help smooth out some pores. To early to tell but it does seem to be working for her.
