Not much noise reduction
These are good to mould but dont block out that much noise no matter how much you push them in, if these dont, im sure nothing else will though, they also made my ears damp inside after wearing and push wax further in. Maybe just me as I have bad hearing anyway but I find these would be better to use to prevent water getting in than noise reduction
