Excellent product that actually works!
I have been using this product fire about 6 weeks now, and the difference is quite remarkable. It does not bleach your teeth, but it has removed Stains from drinks, like tea and coffee. Several people have noticed a difference and gone and purchased the product too. It is a very mild taste and it gets pretty foamy, from only using a small amount. We are all using it, and have noticed a real difference in the cleanliness of our teeth.

Easy start guide!
Its pretty easy to understand. Offers a few recipe ideas. The method of calorie calculation is simple enough. You can actually eat quite a lot of food for 500-600 calories. I use myfitness pal app to help with that. Easy enough to fit into a weekly routine. I generally use it to kick start my weight loss when I reach a plateau.
