  Received item which was described “as new but no tags” on arrival it had a rip of approximately 6 inch long to right side of shirt dress, where it was the zip side that had come away from the dress, so very disappointed. I informed seller immediately who said hadn’t noticed it. She requested photos of damage, which I sent x3 photos. Seller refunded in full. But I will have to get someone else to fix it, as I am unable physically. Overall decent outcome.
