  How did this seller know that this item had NOT been delivered before me the buyer, when the item was sent un tracked, if it had been returned to sender. Why was it not re sent out with tracking. Postage charged at £9.00 so there was plenty of money to send tracked. Not impressed with this seller, who sends items out un tracked with all the scams on eBay. Buy with caution from this seller, high postage for un tracked parcels and guarantee not to arrive.

  the item was sent fully tracked and insured and i have received an email saying it had been lost and today nearly 2 weeks later after processing the refund to say that fedex have now found the missing item and are going to deliver it this week
