    Two days after ordering, I was informed the furniture I had ordered was discontinued and offered a similar replacement, I replied saying not ideal but I would accept and asked them to dispatch ASAP. This message was ignored . From a reported 2-3 days delivery time stated on advert it was actually 9 days from order to delivery.

    DO NOT USE !!!! Ordered never arrived !! Lost in warehouse apparently. Refused a refund after numerous chases to be told ebay would “favour me” and sort a refund how dare you take somebody’s money not deliver and then refuse their money back absolute jokers!!!!!!

    WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! No communication to say they've cancelled your order, on the day its due for delivery! I only knew as went looking for tracking details as thought it's odd I hadn't received them. No reply to messages. No refund. Had to get ebay to sort refund (3 weeks later) as they clearly had no intention of refunding even though they cancelled the order.

    Really great purchase, I love it and got it at reduced price as special offer we had a few problems at start understanding assembly but supplier fab with their replies. Shipping good time kept up to date , it's a really lovely suite I waited a long time to decide to get one and very pleased with my purchase
