I rang Furniture Maxi directly and as soon as I said I ordered an item via eBay that hasn't arrived the line went dead. In addition they relisted the item at a higher cost and set the original listing to sold out. Very disappointed as the furniture looked just what we wanted and they seem to have good reviews but don't be fooled. Based on my experience I think these reviews are probably fake. Terrible experience.

I only knew as went looking for tracking details as thought it's odd I hadn't received them. No reply to messages. No refund. Had to get ebay to sort refund (3 weeks later) as they clearly had no intention of refunding even though they cancelled the order.
