  Excellent eBayer, unfortunately items damaged by the delivery firm despite very good packaging, refund given which was not requested and great communication by seller. Thank you. I have put 5 stars for item condition as they would have been if not for the delivery issue.

  Purchased 24 July, paid instantly. Simply wouldn t send the item. Excuses about being hectic promised to send soon. Nothing!! Then re-listed the same item for a higher price, while holding our money. It s quite simple, sell an item, send it, and everyone s happy. If you can t do that then don t waste people s time. It s bad for the customer and bad for eBay. My worse ever eBay experience and looking at some feedback, we re not alone. Had to raise a case with eBay before a refund was sent.

  Beware this seller. They post items as bids and also as sales, allow you to buy it for the asking price, don't send it out (I waited over a week and contacted them, with no response until I was able to report the item as not arrived) because they wait for the auction of the same item to achieve selling price that surpasses the buy it now price. Isn't that a bit corrupt? I think so. Oh well, I've been refunded but I still think they're pretty bad.

  this item was listed twice by mistake ..genuine mistake why would i list something twice ..thank you for being understanding i refunded straight away once i realised mistake had been made
