SKY Q Infrared Remote Control, 100% Genuine Official, inc. batteries. Not a copy

Not actually the same as a genuine Sky Q remote

If this is identical and "not a copy" why does it not have the voice control button and why is the effective range only half that of the original remote that came with the Sky Q box. Sorry but not impressed. It was cheaper than an original but now I'm left with no option but to buy an original anyway, so overall an expensive exercise.
