  Not as described. Advertised as "Pristine", "New - opened never used", "Exceptional condition with NO SCARTCH OR NO marks", "FREE SCREEN PROCTECTOR ✔️" The phone was sent unboxed. The screen has scratches/scuff marks. The battery maximum capacity level is 96%. The screen protector was not enclosed and the sim key and cable were both inferior generic copies. Finally: It's not a private seller.

  Firstly, we reached out to you immediately after purchase to alert you about price change but you paid for good condition not pristine, phone was delivered in perfectly good condition. You did not request for seperately packed apple iphone box so we sent it in normal brown box.You'd be getting 100% battery health, screen protector and zero scratches if you had paid for Pristine. So clearly you did not carefully read the description.over 100 of this phone sold and other buyers were satisfied.
