lightweight with some good features
1 of 1 found this helpful I was not impressed with the book. The first 35 pages of the book gives an overview of why one should go plant based and then provides a shopping list and a sample menu for the week. Since I'm not a novice plant based beginner, that information did not interest me. The "Plant Based Diet for Beginners" does not contain recipes using leafy greens as an entree. My interest is in recipes using leafy greens as an entrée.
