  Item was listed as new. The package clearly has been opened as the label has been peeled back and barely stuck back down which that side of the package was not shown in any of the photos..At best it should of been listed as "New-open Box" or "New-Other" so people know before purchasing....Other than that It was fine and worked..Reason why my feedback was neutral and not negative or positive
