    This seller sent out this item that was faulty and not working. I returned it back and they tried to say it wasn’t returned back in the same condition luckily I recorded the item not working. They stopped £10 off my original payment . EBay returned my full payment I would not recommend this seller they must have known this item was faulty trying to to take money for an item that doesn’t work is not good business.

    When one misuses information and resorts to deception, there are indeed repercussions. We have covered the costs associated with shipping and handling for this particular product. The same product has been relisted with a functional video. Therefore, your assertion of damage appears to be unfounded.
