Very disappointed,right out of box wouldn't run
After reading manual,oiling it up filling with fuel,couldn't get running even for 3 seconds at a time,then pull 10 more times, sputter and run not 3 seconds more, not what I expected from brand new,boxed product
And getting a tech to take a look is going to take forever and a Sunday. Not impressed!

After receiving,I changed oil,cleaned, oiled filter,checked spark arrestor.Runs good,fires right up,good dependable gen.
Honda's legendary dependability and quality,happy with it so far!

works as intended,not totally foolproof
only drawback is if thief has box end wrench 1 or 2 bolts loosened and he still gets the tailgate.it makes it a little tougher ,so for initial removal it does what its supposed to do.wish I would have looked at mounting points first,but if you put small tack weld on bolt heads that would solve it,your tailgate stays YOUR tailgate!(98 dodge 2500)
