DOT Digital Oven Thermometer supplied with penetration temperature probe

Robust and accurate

Works really well being able to report the temperature in about 3 seconds and it is very robust and looks really nice. It is bigger than I expected, but that only makes the display more visible. Would recommend it to anyone interested in getting a thermometer. The probe is really well built and also seems very robust.
