Basic foot pump air connector that does the job.
Outer metal case is a pressing. The thumb lock and air connection are black plastic. A jubilee clip is supplied to keep the air hose from blowing off. I would describe it as “cheap and cheerful”, it does the job it’s meant to do. It is fairly stiff to operate, but it does work. I suspect it will not last very long, but it is good value for the price.
