Genuine Ford part
A genuine Ford part that does what its supposed to do.

Easy to wear and adjust to chest size.
It synced straight away and does what i expected it to do. How accurate it is i don't know as I've only used it twice so far.

Muscle massage
I have used this quite a few times since I bought it and I believe it has helped my recovery from exercise.
When I researched it I read a lot of reviews that said the app for the gun wasn’t worth bothering with or that it doesn’t work but I haven’t found an issue with it.
This isn’t going to replace the need for a good muscle balance, if you are pushing a muscle too hard without gradual strengthening exercises you will still have problems but I am happy with it.
