Book for Experts
This is a book for expert bakers. It’s well written, descriptions are vivid, and recipes come out as expected.

Not a kid’s book
This book is for PROS, not lay people or young kids interested in rocks. It’s rich with information but doesn’t explain what the 17 letter scientific terms mean for people who don’t already understand the terminology.
