AMIKO HD8150 Review
I install satellite receivers for my Polish friends and would normally buy the Technomate TM-5402 HD as it has a Conax smart reader and is good replacement for their ageing Technomates. However on this occasion I thought I would give the Amiko HD-8150 a try as it is cheaper and has all the required functions.
I was quite impressed with the build quality and the remote control is very nice and solid. When you press the keys you get a small click which I like. Setup was very straight forward, I has 3 LNBs connected via a DiSEqC switch and had no problems setting them up. The picture quality was very good and the setup menus are very nice. Another bonus is that you can set the menus to Polish which you cannot do with the Technomate. It seems to support a lot more languages including Arabic.
Overall, it’s a very good receiver which I would buy again. The only minor minus point is that it’s not supplied with an HDMI cable.

Good value for money.
This is the third Regatta fleece that I have bought. The zip breaks after 2/3 years but for £12 you cannot complain!

Cheap way to refill Epson ink cartridges
I had no problems with using the syringes provided and the installation of the cartridges was straight forward.
Plenty of ink was provided which should last me a few years.
