too little water and too much ice and tea
uses way too much tea to make a simple pitcher full. I'd rather get a full pitcher of hot water and use tea bags or loose tea and ice it later

too lifght
it's too light to push the button that releases the liquid in the coffee brewer.

used power supply
it didn't work. would come on and turn off immediately.
