  When someone lists an item "used" and there is no other condition information on a listing, one assumes that as per the ebay definition, the item is "fully operational and functions as intended". On pick up (not on the listing) the seller said the brakes would need some attention. The cost for full replacement and with service has been quoted at £50. The original listing was entirely disingenuous by omission of this information on brakes with the seller first mentioning on pick up. Buyer beware
