Robust and easy to load cord
Have tried various strimmer heads but cheap plastic ones are useless.The Oregon is much more robust. The plastic drum is heavy duty and the alloy centre can withstand bumps to lengthen the cord.
the quick load system where you thread the cord through, then just wind it in is much better than the usual dismantling the spool and trying to wind on the cord especially in the field.
like all things if the tool is really good the chances are they will stop making them so I'm going to buy another one as a spare
