  I bought a graphics card with a missing fan, and it came with two extra fans which I was supposed to be able to attach. During shipping, some of the metal on the graphics card was bent and both fans were completely broken. I contacted the seller to see if I could receive a partial refund to replace the broken fans, but after days, they never got back to me. Currently I'm having to limit the power to the graphics card to use it, which means I'm not getting its full performance.
