And in the description they only mentioned a "light shadow". I won a phone on auction and after that I realized that the phone had screenburn. I contacted the seller several times that I wouldnt buy the phone. But they never responded me. The order is still not cancelled. They seem passive. These are the worst sellers on ebay. Giving false descriptions, cheating and not answering.

Seller did respond when I asked where iPad was and Royal Mail was blamed. However I do believe it is seller’s responsibility to arrange timely delivery and follow up accordingly, hence low rating.
