The stated unused yet opened phone was wrapped up in soft cardboard packaging and inserted in a sealed plastic outer envelope. The phone came without its Samsung box which details its IMEI no. That is a let down. Phone in good condition. Opened dialer and entered *#0*# and phone diagnostic screen opened. Entered *#06# for IMEI code and X checked on IMEI info site and item description matched up. So phone seems genuine.
