  Communication with seller was great. Parcel Force botched the delivery date - seller kindly refunded the postage costs due to this. Item sadly arrived damaged (bent foot bar) when it got here - new part required at cost of €25. Seller did offer to refund item and collect item back - i opted to keep due to value / parts available.
