  I bought two of these. One worked fine but the other was faulty from the moment batteries were put in it. Contacted seller who got back immediately. Great communications, they asked that I do a couple of tests, which I did, after which they arranged to get a replacement sent over to me. It took a few days to get here as I'd asked that they specifically check the replacement worked properly before posting it. It arrived, and works fine. Many thanks, really can't ask for better service. 👍 🙂
