Packed well in its own box but was put inside a bigger box without more packaging to keep it tight allowing it to move around freely. But they sent me a replacement immediately. Service was excellent. Good quality item.

the actual product is great but construction manual is worst i have ever come across
The product is great however the instruction manual is possibly the worst i have come across.
For a start the manual is very small and you actually need a magnifying glass to see the illustrations and references,
None of the large parts are labelled either which makes it very hard.
Nothing about the instruction manual or labelling was user friendly at all.
This definitely lets this product down big time.
