IT DOES MORE THAN IT SAYS IT DOES.
It does more than it says it does. I'm repainting side panels on a pontoon boat and needed to get the paint off and then figure out how to get the 25 year old cracked decals off as well. It took off the paint and most of the decal on the first try. On the second pass it took off the rest of the decals. I was really happy, everything I read about taking off old cracked decals was that nothing but scraping and elbow grease would remove them. Wrong, this stuff did the job with ease.
