Would not buy again.
This product has a faint smell of 'menthol' which true Otrivine doesn't have. This is the reason I've used Octrivine for years, because I don't like menthol. I have given the product a fair trial, using one and a half containers, but it doesn't decongest the sinuses.

Lovely set of cutlery
Very nice cutlery set. Excellent quality at a reasonable price.
